How to import deals into OnePageCRM

You can import multiple deals into OnePageCRM once your file is saved in a CSV (comma-separated value) file format.

You can import the following fields:

  • Email address
  • Commission %
  • Deal stage
  • Deal name
  • Commission amount
  • Notes
  • Amount
  • Deal created
  • Deal Custom Fields
  • Number of months
  • Expected close date
  • Cost
  • Close date
  • Note: Deal Custom Fields must be created in OnePageCRM before performing the import.

    Go to your User/Profile icon (top right-hand corner) → Import and ExportDeals Import from file.

    Import & Export Page, click on Deals Import from file.

    Under Import deals from file → click Select file to upload → choose the CSV file you wish to import.

    Select file format (column separator) from the options below: 
    • , (comma) 
    • ; (semicolon)
    Click Upload & Next.

    Select file, file format and click Upload & Next.

    Under Step 1 Map Fields → map the columns from your uploaded file with OnePageCRM fields and tick the Ignore checkbox for fields you don't want to import → click Next.

    Note: Each deal needs a Contact name and Deal name to be imported.

    Under Step 2 Preferences you can select the Pipeline you wish to import these deals to, in case you have multiple Pipelines → click Next.

    Note: If there is only one pipeline, this will be already selected.

    Under Step 3 Import review the details of your import → click Import now.

    Once the import is successful you will receive an email confirmation to notify you that the import is ready.

    Notes:

    • Deal Custom Fields must be created in OnePageCRM before performing the import.
    • The maximum number of deals you can import at one time is 4,999. If your file is larger you will need to split it into smaller files.
    • You cannot import deal items.
    • The default column separator for CSV file is the , (comma) character. 
    • There is an option to undo your deal import for 24 hours after you complete it. Go to the Import & Export page scroll down to the Import / Export history section and click Undo import.
